POLLOCK
Pollock is a cold-water marine species widely found in the North Atlantic and North Pacific, highly valued for its white flesh, mild flavor, and low bone content.
Appearance: has a long body with a grey-green or light brown color and small spots along its sides, while the belly is silvery white. Adult fish typically grow 60–120 cm in length and weigh 2–25 kg.
Season: The main fishing season usually occurs from January to April, when they move into shallower waters to spawn and the flesh quality is at its peak.
